By participating in the Find Your Crush campaign (“Campaign”), participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Overview
The Find Your Crush campaign is an engagement initiative organised by Lasgidi (“Organiser”) that allows participants to submit Valentine’s messages to someone they have a crush on via the official campaign microsite. Selected messages may be published online with Lasgidi tagged, and winners will be selected at random.
2. Campaign Period
- The Campaign commenced prior to publication of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Campaign closes on 10th February 2026.
- Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to residents of Nigeria only.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees, staff, and direct affiliates of Lasgidi are not eligible to participate.
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Participate
To enter the Campaign, participants must:
- Follow the official Lasgidi social media page(s).
- Visit the official campaign microsite.
- Complete the required form with accurate personal details.
- Submit a Valentine’s message addressed to their crush.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided all entries comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Content Guidelines
- Submitted messages must not contain offensive, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Lasgidi reserves the right to edit, moderate, reject, or remove any submission at its discretion.
6. Winner Selection
- Ten (10) couples will be selected as winners.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- Selected winners must reside in the same state to qualify.
- Winners will be announced on 10th February 2026 via Lasgidi’s official social media channels.
7. Prizes
- Winners will receive a Dinner Date experience for the couple.
- The experience will be documented and covered by Lasgidi.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lasgidi reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if necessary.
8. Data Collection & Privacy
- By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their name, phone number, email address, and submitted content for Campaign administration and marketing purposes.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws and regulations.
9. Image, Video & Publicity Consent
By participating in the Campaign and/or accepting a prize, participants and winners:
- Grant Lasgidi the irrevocable right to record, photograph, film, and otherwise capture their likeness, image, voice, and participation during the Campaign and prize experience.
- Consent to the use of such images, videos, recordings, names, and submitted messages for marketing, promotional, publicity, advertising, and content purposes, across all media platforms (including digital, social, print, and broadcast), worldwide and in perpetuity.
- Acknowledge that no additional compensation, approval, or notification will be required for such use.
- Confirm that participation constitutes full and informed consent for content capture during the experience.
10. Campaign Modifications
Lasgidi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- Lasgidi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any prize.
- The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party unless expressly stated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
